We are asking all 6th and 7th grade students WHO ARE RETURNING next year to keep their Chromebooks over the summer and into the next school year. In order to do this you MUST complete this 2024-2025 Parent and Student Home Use Agreement: Bonneville Jr. High School Chromebook Use.

If your Chromebook has sustained any damage throughout the school year that had not been addressed yet, please do not fill out this form until it is again in good working condition.

If you choose not to complete this form, the Chromebook needs to be returned to the library and checked out again next year.

Failure to complete this form OR return the Chromebook will result in a charge for the device. All identifying information on the Chromebook must match what we have on file for the renewal to be successful.

Do NOT complete this form if you are currently in 8th grade or not returning to Bonneville.
