              Please complete the following form to request a Nagle Hall room reservation. 

               *Do not assume your reservation is confirmed upon submission of this form. 
You will receive a room calendar invite to the room selected once your reservation is confirmed.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  
  • If your request is urgently needing to be approved please contact the Graduate School    (845-3631) once your request form has been submitted.

(1.) Make sure the room is arranged appropriately for the requested event/meeting. 
(2.) Arrange for additional snacks, food, or refreshments.
(3.) Return the room to it’s original set up at conclusion of the event/meeting. 

*In the event an adjustment needs to be made to a scheduled reservation, we will work with the requesting party to try and identify another room that meets the needs of the original request.
