The PTA is looking for people to help with the Auction, our biggest fundraiser of the year. The Auction will be at an off site location in May. There will be a combination on live auction and silent auction items. We are hoping to find several people per category to help with these tasks.

I can help with:

Tickets - Create order form, collect payments, manage database

Bidding - assign bidder number, assemble bidder paddle with catalog, make check-in sheet

Procurement - solicit donations and sponsorships, pickup donations, manage database

Publicity - create posters and catalog

Packing - organize and pack baskets

Thank you letters - write thank you notes to donors

Photographer - take pictures of baskets, classroom art projects, and at event

Decorations - coordinate decor, set up, clean up

Classroom project coordinator - Work with teachers to track projects, purchase materials, set up gallery display

Silent Auction displays - create certificates, displays and bid sheets

Live Auction displays - create powerpoint with pictures and displays
