TIME: 3:30-5:30 PM
WHERE: Gayman Parking Lot
COST: $3 per child **NO CHARGE for families that host a car

WHAT IS TRUNK OR TREATING?
It is just like trick or treating but instead of going door to door, the children go trunk to trunk! Gayman families that sign up to host a parking spot will decorate the trunk of their car and hand out treats! This will provide the children and parents a safe environment to celebrate Halloween with their Gayman Family.

HOSTS NEEDED
You can reserve a spot in the parking lot! Please remember that there will be young children present and we don't want anyone too scared, this event is meant to be fun! Spots will be given out on a first come first serve basis. Parking spots will be numbered and you will be assigned an exact spot and be expected to show ID upon arrival for your set up. Hosts will receive an email with their parking spot number, parking map and an estimated number of trunk or treaters by October 25th. Hosts may arrive between 2:45-3:15pm so their car is ready for the children by 3:30pm. Due to safety concerns, Hosts may not exit the parking lot until the event is over, even if you run out of treats.

WHO CAN TRUNK OR TREAT?
Gayman students along with their siblings and a parent/chaperone. You must pre-register by sending in the slip at the bottom of this form.
