At Big Picture High School, we believe that education is everywhere, not just inside classrooms, and students learn best when motivated through interests and passions. We are looking for mentors willing to give students the opportunity to learn from an adult with a similar interest, and to provide context and depth through real world work in a professional setting.

In person internship - Students can do real work and contribute to your organization! Students come to work for 7 hours each Thursday and learn real job skills by helping you. We’ve had students work on projects in marketing, technology, teaching, animal care, and more! (All internships are unpaid.)

Virtual internships - An intern can also support your organization virtually (student is located at school and works on Thursdays for 7 hours).

Job shadows - Let students join you for a day of work to see an office firsthand.

Informational interviews - Meet students to help them learn more about your career.
