Session Tracks: The focus of the presentations should be action-oriented, best-practice sharing strategies and approaches, and interactive. We want proposals that focus on practice, including case studies, discussions of promising emerging programs and pilots, sharing the experiences of targeted groups as a result of an intervention, etc.  Sessions should encourage dialogue, reflection, and most importantly, action.   *
