Reminder that on the first day of tryouts (May 11th at 1pm), new members will need to have the following:

1.) Copy of your Acceptance Letter of UCF Student ID

2.) Coy of front and back of Medical Insurance Card.

3.) Lab results of a Sickle Cell Test (please note that this can take several days to get the results

4.) A completed Tryout Registration Form

5.) A copy of your General Sports Physical signed by a physician in 2024!
