I intend to enter the Signal Mountain High School Sports Booster Homecoming Parade.  I have read the rules of the parade (located on the school website) and agree to abide by them.  I assume the risk of participating in the Signal Mountain High School Sports Booster parade and do hereby release the Signal Mountain Middle/High School Sports Booster Club, Mountain Education Foundation Inc., Signal Mountain Middle/High School, and all school staff and parade volunteers, Hamilton County Board of Education, The Mountain Business Association, The Town of Signal Mountain and/or any and all sponsors of this event, their successors, representatives, and assignees of any injury, damages or liability while participating in this event.  I am committed to making this event a safe and happy celebration for all. *
