SOCALLT 2024:  AI, Multimedia, and Language Teaching & Learning 

Register now for the April 6, 2024 meeting of the South Central Association for Language Learning Technology. Program and on-site logistics info will be shared later. The event is scheduled for 9am to 4pm (pending final program details) in Scharbauer Hall on the campus of Texas Christian University. 

This registration covers all-day attendance for exhibitors, presenters, and attendees. Regular registration for the in-person event is $50. Registration for attending select virtual sessions is $35. Vendor/exhibitor registration is $100. Exhibitors may also choose to submit a proposal for an optional vendor session at the CFP site (https://forms.gle/raFMo74NmL8dkJWs5). 

Vendor/exhibitor registration covers a table in a high-traffic area of the conference with access to electrical and WiFi.  Registered exhibitors will also be credited for coffee break sponsorship during conference announcements and in the program.

In addition to refreshments throughout the conference day, lunch is also included in the cost of registration. 

We strongly encourage you to register and pay in advance, as staffing availability during the event will be minimal. Once you fill out and submit this form, you will be taken to a page where you select the payment link that corresponds to your registration type (in person, virtual, or exhibitor). The links are through Square, and you will pay with a credit card. A receipt is automatically provided should you need it for reimbursement/expense purposes.
