Core Technology

The core technology to our thermal management solution is JouleForce™ Cooling technology. This patented technology utilizes molecular beams controlled in Microchannels to efficiently and cost effectively remove heat from electronics. These Microchannels are scaled to meet any sizing and heat requirements of our customers’ electronics.

Microchannel Array

The Microchannel Array replaces traditional heatsinks and liquid coolers with a smaller, lighter, and more efficient building block form factor. From a few watts to thousands, this scalable solution meets any cooling requirement of our customer’s IT equipment - add more Microchannel Arrays to cool more heat.
