Livestock projects

Livestock projects provide opportunities for youth to develop responsibility, patience, and understanding by regularly caring for animals.

Clackamas County 4-H Livestock Advisory Committee

Leaders, parents and youth members who have an interest in the Clackamas County 4-H Livestock project are encouraged to attend meetings on the first Thursday March, May, July, and November. Also the second Thursday in September.

Attendees can participate by Zoom or in person at the Extension Office in Oregon City at 7:00 pm.

This committee is responsible for planning and implementing educational opportunities and events, fundraising for awards and scholarships, and management of the 4-H Livestock area at Clackamas County Fair.
