Underrepresented employee groups in the workplace face a number of challenges that can impede their career mobility, workplace satisfaction, and productivity. There are cases where organizations experience a higher-than-normal voluntary turnover rate of these employee groups. While many organizations have policies and procedures to create respectful workplaces that recognize and reward high-performing employees, it appears that more needs to be done to ensure underrepresented employees feel valued by the organization. These employees are at a heightened risk to leave an organization due to unfair treatment (stereotypes, bias, harassment, bullying, micro-inequities, etc.). Professional Coaching services offered from coaches with knowledge, skills, and abilities in diversity and cross-cultural coaching techniques are one way to combat these challenges for the affected individual and organization. This paper looks at the salient literature on “diversity and cross-cultural coaching” in order to apply it to today’s diverse and multicultural workplaces. Specifically, the goal of this work is to apply this specialized coaching to Senior Leadership in organizations that desire to build inclusive workplaces through strategic programs aimed at accelerating the careers of targeted minority employees oftentimes judged by a different set of rules than employees from an organization’s dominant group.

organizations within the European Union (including the UK). Although all member states have adopted equality laws in line with the directives of EU employment discrimination law, organizational
compliance is largely voluntary as many states lack the means (or desire) to develop
legitimate enforcement mechanisms. Without voluntary organizational compliance, the onus
is on employees to resolve EQND violations through silence, departure, or lawsuits – this is
especially true for non-unionized employees who usually lack access to formal voice

The Corporate Recruitment Game is a book that reveals the details of what goes on behind the scenes of the corporate recruitment process, and how employers use questionable tactics to weaken the employment position of job seekers. The recruitment process is nothing more than a game - albeit a game designed for you to lose more often than win. Many job seekers have no clue who all the players are in the game, and no way to distinguish friend from foe. Are Corporate Recruiters working hard for your benefit? Do Hiring Managers ever see your job application? Do Global Companies offer stable careers with great benefits?

Those questions and more are answered in detail based on the author's proprietary research of 100 global companies ranked as employers of choice. Have you ever wondered how job seekers really get hired? Have you ever wondered how you can judge an employer by its cover? There are many unwritten rules in the corporate recruitment game that companies are all too happy to hide from you. Learn the rules, and you can beat the game - or avoid it altogether. If getting hired is your objective, then this book is for you.
