Not so far, it seems great. We’re just starting to put things together.

Having the facilitation guide already drafted was super helpful, thank you! We are just getting off the ground so nothing comes to mind yet. The only challenge that we have encountered so far is that some facilities had HIPAA concerns and they were not willing to share their seniors' names/contact info so we've assigned a portion of our student volunteers to receive incoming calls (at designated times) to get around that.

It was very helpful. There were a few things that I hadn't thought of and it has been a very effective way for me to explain my goals with the project.

We are still getting started so that is why the number of adults below is zero...there's no place for me to change that there but that might be a recommendation for editing this form.

Not positioned specifically towards medical students, but any college student wanting to volunteer at this time.

No, I think this initiative is incredible and needs no change.

I do not, I made some program-specific edits to the guide and noted that these were my personal edits, but you included all the pertinent information. especially important is the advice of what students/volunteers are to do in case an emergency/concern comes up during the visit. Thank you for this helpful guide!
