March 12 Parent/Caregiver Testimonials & RSVP
It's time to tell the administration what it means for parents and caregivers have the proper support while we work for Johns Hopkins University! 

This will be read during our March 12 bargaining session

Below, please submit your stories about what your experience has been working without the proper work supports and resources. Tell them why we need things like: 
  • Proper, funded parental leave
  • A substantial cash-in-hand dependent care stipend
  • Expanded systems of childcare vouchers
  • Affordable dependent health insurance

We are also hoping to pack the room with our families on March 12, 2024 at the School of Nursing, 525 N. Wolfe Street. We hope that families will be able to attend from 930AM-12PM and snacks/kids' activities will be provided. The date is racing towards us and this sort of action could be hugely impactful for all of us and grad workers to come! Please let us know if we can help with transportation or coordination.
