BLPA BOOSTER CLUB BOARD APPLICATION
The Officers, otherwise known as the BLPA Booster Club Executive Board, shall consist of the following four positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

By-Laws Article V Section 5.5 Eligibility. To be an elected officer you must have a family member enrolled within Banning Lewis Academy and be a current Booster Club member.

Mission Statement:  The Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy Booster Club exists to support the athletics and extracurricular activities of BLPA and offer financial support for activities as set forth in the by-laws. The Booster Club will help propel school pride within the student, parent, and teacher community. Each year we are responsible for fundraising for items/equipment that does not fit within the school budget for that year.

In this, a written statement can be included which can briefly outline your experience, desire to serve, etc. We ask this be no longer than 10 sentences.
