Crossler Locker Request Form 22-23

At Crossler Middle School, we do not automatically issue hallway lockers to all students. Students are able to carry backpacks and we have found that most students prefer to use a backpack rather than a locker. When students are enrolled in a PE class, they will be issued a PE locker in the locker room to store their PE clothes.

However, some students may need storage during the school day for larger items. If your child requires storage during the school day, please complete this locker request form.
