Please fill out this Yearbook application within your school's application time period. Each school has a two week period. The time begins on the day the counselors come to your school and you sign up for 7th grade classes. The timeline is available on the website.

All applications are completed electronically. Teacher recommendation forms from 6th grade teachers will be electronically sent as part of the application process. If your application is completed (in full), meets the scoring requirements, and is submitted by the deadline, you may be considered as a Yearbook candidate. Apply as early as possible since space is limited!
