Knowledge Communities for the HireBig10+ were developed in 2017 to build relationships across our institutions while allowing specific forums to keep up-to-date on career services topics that are relevant to our industry.  The Co-Chairs serve as a liaison and focus on creating opportunities of collaboration and discussion topics.

● Collaborate with your fellow co-chair(s), your Board liaison (Vice Chair for Membership) and your members to set annual goals and strengthen membership and engagement
● Facilitate gatherings, at minimum, twice each academic semester, with and for members
● Invest in the topic area of your knowledge community to inform members of trends or bring forward questions related to the subject matter at hand
● Contribute events, updates, discussions to the monthly HB10+ newsletter and LinkedIn Group
● Maintain membership list and onboard new members to your knowledge community
● Record gathering or discussion notes and organize them appropriately to be shared with the Board via Google Drive
● Participate in annual Consortium leadership retreats and regular communication with Board liaison
● Compile a summary report of the activities of the knowledge community, once a semester
