To apply for a digital library card, please click here. A digital library card does not allow you to check out physical books, music or movies. A digital library card gives you access to all databases, e-books, e-learning, plus access to public computers at the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library. If you have applied for a digital card Monday-Friday, you can expect to receive your barcode by e-mail within 24 hours after submitting the application. Applications received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Your library card will be held at the library and can be converted into a full access library card when we are open.
