First-Gen. Peer Mentee Application
Greetings Raptors! Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rutgers-Camden's First-Gen Peer Mentoring Program. The Rutgers-Camden's First-Gen Peer Mentoring is open to incoming first-year and transfer students who are first-generation college students. If you are the first person in your immediate household, outside of your parents/guardians, to pursue a bachelor's degree, you are eligible to participate in the program.

Members of Tri-Alpha will serve as your Peer Mentors. Tri-Alpha (also known as Alpha Alpha Alpha) is a national honor society that recognizes and celebrates the academic achievements of first-generation college students. Like you, they know what it feels like to be the first person in their family to earn a college degree, and they can help you facilitate your transition to Rutgers University-Camden and give you tips on how you can have an awesome and rewarding college experience.

To be matched with one of our First-Gen Peer Mentors, please complete the form below. We will do our best to match you with someone who has a similar major and career or extracurricular interests.

If you have questions, please contact Dr. Dyron Corley at dyron.corley@rutgers.edu. Also, follow us on Instagram @ ruc_1stgen.

We look forward to working with you.
