Atkinson PTA After School Activity         Scholarship Application
--Scholarships are available for Atkinson students who qualify for free and reduced lunch.
--Scholarships provide a 75% discount for one after school activity per student per term (fall, winter and spring).
--Scholarships are achieved through a 50% discount from Atkinson's PTA and a 25% discount from the non-affiliated after school program vendor. Not all after-school program vendors are participating. Please see participating programs list below.
--It will take 5 business days to process your application.
--Award of a scholarship in one term does not guarantee an award in the following term(s). Scholarships are awarded each term on a first-come, first-served basis.
--Atkinson PTA is NOT affiliated with these after school program providers. These after school programs are operated and managed by businesses and nonprofits separate from and independent of Atkinson PTA. Atkinson PTA does not take any responsibility or assume any liability for the student or program by providing this financial assistance.

By selecting "I agree" below you acknowledge that this scholarship is a gift and that Atkinson PTA is not affiliated with the program provider or responsible for its services or actions. Approval of this application does not guarantee enrollment in the program. Once the PTA notifies you of approval, you must register for the program and pay 25% of the program tuition. Most after school providers require a minimum number of students to register or the program will be cancelled. In the event a program is canceled for any reason, you can use an equal amount of PTA scholarship funds to attend a different after-school program if the alternate program has enrollment space and is willing to match the PTA scholarship. The applicant must find a different class and notify the PTA Program's Chair, Kara Perry, to determine the possibility of a new placement. The cost of programs varies by vendor, and the applicant would be responsible for any increased family contribution towards the cost of the alternate program. Placement in an alternate program is not guaranteed. *
