Aditi Kulkarni-Knight

Senior Associate

Aditi Kulkarni-Knight is a Senior Associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she serves clients in all stages of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations, trial and arbitration, and federal and state appeals. Ms. Kulkarni-Knight frequently represents energy companies, technology companies, public utility companies, and private equity companies and has defended clients against contract, fraud, and personal injury claims. Ms. Kulkarni-Knight is also experienced in representing both companies and individuals in SEC, DOJ, and other government investigations.

For multiple years, Ms. Kulkarni-Knight has been named among the “Ones to Watch” in the area of Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers, an annual guide by publisher Woodward/White Inc. In 2022, Ms. Kulkarni-Knight was named to the Lawyers of Color Annual Hot List and was previously one of five attorneys to be named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Law Week Colorado. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Kulkarni-Knight was a litigation associate at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP.

Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Kulkarni-Knight strives to stay involved in the local community. She currently serves on the University of Colorado Law Alumni Board and the board of the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado. Ms. Kulkarni-Knight also volunteer coaches the mock trial team at her alma mater, D'Evelyn High School.

  • Obtained a complete defense award in arbitration of contract dispute with Kenyan-based company under Colorado law.
  • Obtained favorable settlements for corporate officers accused of fraud, breach of contract and civil conspiracy.
  • Obtained favorable settlements for various companies involved in SEC and DOJ investigations regarding disclosure and reporting violations and claims of fraud, corruption, and bribery.
