Known for her expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, primarily in the technology industry, Ms. Cronin Woodward is dedicated to helping her clients effectively achieve their day-to-day goals. She specializes in drafting and negotiating SaaS and PaaS agreements, terms & conditions, subscription agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements, and product warranties. She advises clients on all legal issues related to intellectual property protection, commercialization, and enforcement, including trademark prosecution. As part of her IP practice, she regularly drafts and negotiates intellectual property licenses, distribution agreements, agreements reflecting joint ventures and strategic alliances, and trademark and copyright applications. With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, always prioritizing the practical business interests of her clients.

Ms. Cronin Woodward has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Law School, where she taught a Transactional Drafting course. She still enjoys mentoring the University of Colorado Law School students by advising student members of the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Prior to joining DGS, she practiced at a boutique Denver law firm, which specialized in growth-stage companies, and as in-house counsel at a rapidly growing cybersecurity company.
