Immediate interviews for the following:

Resident Assistants/Home Health Aides  

• Starting wage of $18.50/hr. and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00/hr. over the course of the first year of employment!
• Full and part time opportunities on day and evening shifts!
• No experience or cna necessary, full training provided

Registered Nurse

• Starting wage of $33.07/hour and a guaranteed increase of $2 in the first year of employment
• Full time days
• Current MN RN license required
• Prefer experience in patient support role (LPN or RN)

Culinary Assistant/Dining Server

• Starting wage of $15.10/hr.
• Part time days!
• No experience necessary, full training provided

Housekeeper

• Guaranteed wage increase of $2.00/hr. over the course of the first year of employment
• Full time days Mon.-Fri.
• Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
• Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies

Maintenance and Housekeeping Director

• Full time days Mon.-Fri.
• Maintenance of property building and grounds
• Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
• Three to five years Multi-housing maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot appliances/plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues
• Experience working with seniors in an Assisted Living preferred

Outreach and Sales Director

• Full time Mon-Fri days
• Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
• Promotes positive customer relations
• Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience required
• Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate preferred
• Three to five years similar experience preferred
