Columbia Law School presents "Pathways" November 18, 2020

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED.

You're invited to join us for the inaugural Columbia Law School "Pathways" Symposium on Wednesday, November 18.

The virtual symposium is hosted by the Law School in collaboration with Columbia's Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and Latinx Law Students Association (LaLSA) and is designed to inspire students interested in exploring the legal field by sharing the trajectories of lawyers in various sectors. Further, the symposium aims to encourage historically underrepresented students to consider entering the legal profession, as well as to inform such students about the breadth of possibilities of a law degree.

The event will open with a panel featuring keynote speaker, Julissa Reynoso '01, Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP; Former United States Ambassador to Uruguay; and Former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Central American, Caribbean and Cuban Affairs. The panel will be followed by intimate, interactive breakout sessions with current Columbia Law School BLSA and LaLSA students.

Please register by 9am ET on Tuesday, November 17. Soon thereafter, you will receive an email with links to the event's Zoom sessions.
