Photographic Image Release
During this event, we will be taking audio recordings, video recordings, and photographs for use in its promotional, educational, and research programs. These may be distributed for participant use; used on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram; used on the University of Colorado Denver websites; printed on future program promotional materials and more. Such audio, video, film and/or print images may be edited, duplicated, distributed, reproduced, broadcast, and/or reformatted in any form and manner.
This is to certify that I give permission to the Regents of the University of Colorado and Colorado Student Leaders Institute and the University’s officers, agents, employees, successors, licensees and assigns to photograph or make audio or video recordings of me and my image or likeness. I understand that all right, title and interest in such recordings and photographs belong exclusively to the University of Colorado and that I will receive no financial compensation now or in the future for their use or the use of my image and likeness. I understand that my consent to the use of the recordings and my image, likeness, appearance and voice is forever. I further give permission to the University to use my name, biography, and any other personal data, events, or other material in or in connection with any such uses of the recordings or photographs.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Regents of the University of Colorado, the University of Colorado Denver, the School of Public Affairs, and their legal representatives or assigns, and all persons acting under their permission or authority, or those for whom they are acting, from any liability I connection with the use of the images as aforesaid or by virtue of any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, as well as any publication thereof.
