Bio

Clancy Ratliff has held a variety of leadership positions in professional organizations (National Council of Teachers of English, Conference on College Composition and Communication) and in the English department. She serves as Co-Editor of the scholarly journal Peitho, published by the Coalition of Feminist Scholars in the History of Rhetoric and Composition. She also serves on several boards of local community organizations, including the Acadiana Regional Coalition on Homelessness and Housing (ARCH), the Louisiana Association of Sports, Outdoor Adventure, and Recreation (LASOAR), and the Zonta Club of Lafayette. She is proud to have directed eight dissertations and three theses to completion and to be directing three dissertations currently.
