We will be hosting an orientation day for our incoming 6th grade students on August 25th from 8:30am-12:00pm at Tyee Middle School. More information will be posted soon. This will be a student only event! 

Open House for Parents & Students 

From 12:00pm to 2:30pm, Tyee’s doors will be open for families to join their 6th grade students in touring the building (self-guided), picking up locker assignments, and meeting our Tyee PTSA, AVID, Jubilee Reach, and Family Connections.

From 12:30pm- 1 pm we will offer a 6th grade information session for parents and students in the main gym.

From 1:30pm-2:00pm, we will offer a NEW to TYEE 7th and 8th grade information session in the library and main gym.

  • Students will receive a locker and combo – please locate their locker and try the combo a few times.

Purchases & What You Need to Bring

How can I purchase a yearbook and an ASB  card?

When is picture day?

Picture day is scheduled for September 20 during the school day.  More information to follow.  Retakes are scheduled for November 1.

Who is the photography company?

This year we are working with LifeTouch. More information will be provided when we get closer to Picture Day.

Is there a TCOB for 7th & 8th Graders?

We do not have TCOB for 7th & 8th graders.

How do 7th & 8th graders get their schedules?

Schedules will be available through Synergy StudentVue later in August and will be given out the first day of school.

How does my 7th or 8th grader get a locker?

Your student can pick up their locker assignment the first day of school or by emailing the Office Manger Michelle Steinberg  [email protected]  after Aug 25
