Current Students

Please contact your current school for a copy of your transcript or school reports. If your school is closed, please email the Records Department at [email protected] or fax to 425-456-4157.

Include the following information:

  • Student’s full name
  • Date of birth
  • Current school
  • BSD student ID
  • The records you are requesting
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Mailing address where you would like the records sent (for official copies that are signed, stamped and sealed)

Former Students

Include the following information:

  • Student’s full name
  • Name used at school (if different)
  • Date of birth
  • Name of BSD school
  • Year of graduation or final year of attendance
  • The records you are requesting
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Mailing address where you would like the records sent (for official copies that are signed, stamped and sealed):

If you require transcripts for college application, please include the following information for each college:

  • College name
  • College mailing address
  • College email address

If you are 18 years or above, you must submit your own records request.


Immunization Records

For current students in the Bellevue School District, please contact your school of attendance.

Immunization records are not permanent records. Students who have graduated or withdrawn from the Bellevue School District, please contact the Records Department to see if we have copies of the Immunization form.


Other Requestors

Employers and other third parties requesting verification of graduation or attendance must provide the following:

  • Signed release/waiver from the student authorizing release of the information.

Correctional Facilities

The identity of the petitioner must be confirmed by the Registrar of the institution.

Diplomas

In the Bellevue School District, diplomas are one-time only, ceremonial items and cannot be reproduced.
