Lake City Care Center is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer.  At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center their home. Since we opened in 1978, we’ve served thousands.  The care center is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital, so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

Open Positions:

Nursing Assistants

*Full-time, part-time and on call shifts available on all shifts

*Additional pay for evening and overnight shifts

*Must be on MN Nursing Assistant Registry

Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

*Full-time, part-time and on call available on all shifts

*Additional pay when working evening/night shifts

*Must have valid MN RN or LPN licensure

Dietary Aides

*Part-time day shifts available

*Part-time day/early evening shift available

*Part-time evening shift available

*No experience necessary – full training provided! Great opportunity for students and/or retirees!

Cooks:

*Part-time and on call day shift available

*ServSafe Certified or must obtain w/in 90 days of employment

*Scratch cooking and high volume cooking experience preferred.

Vaccination Update

Any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
