Biography
David Foster was born in Glasgow, Montana. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1988. He earned a bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport College in 1987. His career experience includes working in the trucking industry and in processing legal documents. Foster received a commercial pilot license and flight instructor certificates.[1]

I am a Veteran and a Patriot who has an America First Agenda 2023. I know America suffered a Chinese Velvet Glove Election Coup in 2020 in all 50 states. Because our National Media Sources are only distilling propaganda it is no wonder a lot of Americans still do not understand this fact. Why would any Candidate for Congress think they could get away with Lying on this Survey? They wouldn't, but to have the Courage to speak the Truth in a time when America is so apparently divided for some may seem defeatist. A 75-year-old man told me he has never registered to vote in his life. While talking with me as his wife signed my petition, he said, "I will have to get registered so I can vote for you".
America is furious to see how many billions of dollars that are going to foreign and domestic programs that do not promote our values socially or economically. Congress has to stop funding these useless agendas with our taxes. America wants a smaller federal government. Most of these programs should be funded by the States.

David B. Foster is a Patriot Warrior who came to the realization in November 2019 that our Congress has been at war with We the People since the 2016 Election. Our Constitutional Republic is in Jeopardy for its very survival. After researching to get on the ballot as an Independent Conservative I began my signature drive in mid January. Through hard work and perseverance I qualified in May for the General Election Ballot.
This David Vs. 2 Goliaths grassroots campaign strategy has been well received within the district voter base. I'm self funding my campaign and asking everyone to share my website and social media platforms with all of their contacts.

Re-establishing our Constitutional Republic. We need to follow the equation The Rule of Law + The Rule of Prosecution = Peace and Harmony for all Americans. For decades the DOJ has refused to prosecute corrupt politicians from the local, state and federal offices and this has to end now. When the citizens see no justice it makes it hard to accept when there seems to be no problem prosecuting the ordinary citizen. Witnessing our elected officials getting away with crimes without being prosecuted makes it difficult to believe the cliché "no one is above the law".
Yes and I believe twelve years in the House and Senate is all anyone should be able to serve. We need to reduce the Senate six years term to four years. The reason for the cap is again, the DOJ has a culture not to prosecute the corrupt politicians and therefore a cap is needed. With no deterrent of being prosecuted, the corruption becomes so pervasive that it becomes necessary for We the People to say enough is enough and we demand a twelve years maximum limit.
Yes, the people want term limits. Meaning a maximum number of years in service and then you can't serve any longer. When corruption goes unprosecuted, the people will decide how to end the decades of representation.
