Member Tuesday Lunch
Easily booked team lunch for 8 of us using the app and got immediate confirmation by email in JW Kitchen, Bangalore. On the visit, we were attended promptly. Buffet spread was good as always. A little less for we vegetarians. Taste was good. Variety was there. I like salad there, especially with roasted pumpkin slices. Today was special spread of Chinese delicacies, some of which I liked. Hospitality was good and the service too. Overall it was a good experience for the team.
Absolutely useless membership!
Every time I made a call to reserve the hotel using the certificates, I was told that the hotel is sold out. During the year I made 10+ inquiries regarding the stay and was told the same thing every time. So basically I paid the amount for a membership that I wasn’t allowed to use. And towards the end when I stated complaining, they promised me to give me a slot before the membership ended, and still didn’t keep up. The only certificate I used was a dinner service and both my stay certificates went to waste because of your service team!
Didn’t even get an extension on the certificates, they said to extend the certificates you need to purchase another membership. Of course I wasn’t going to do that!
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Don’t waste your money!

Sheraton grand hotel stay / reg
Excellent place to stay, great location for entertainment & shopping. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Great & friendly staff. Very much helpful receptionist at the time of checkin & checkout. Food was very good, especially breakfast. Service was excellent. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future..
