PASS (Partnership to Achieving Student Success) is a high-touch, cohort-based program designed to enhance the college experience of new and incoming students with year-round success coaching, personal enrichment, and academic opportunities, including a summer and winter Bridge Academy. In PASS, you will be exposed to various programs and services necessary to foster academic excellence, leadership growth, and career preparation. These activities will enhance your student experience at FCC and create a support network for your success.
- A strong support network, which includes other incoming PASS students and alumni of the program
- A 3-week summer academy with dedicated math and writing workshops led by FCC faculty with customized cohort programming and activities
- Opportunities to engage frequently with FCC faculty and staff members
- One-on-one coaching sessions with a dedicated Student Success Programs staff member
- Access to financial support, which may include a summer stipend, book scholarships, tuition assistance, emergency aid, and career program scholarships
- A 1-week winter academy with workshops that focus on personal, social, academic and career enrichment.
