RHMS PTSA's 2020 Student Play

RHMS PTSA is pleased to announce that this year's school play will be Disney's The Lion King Jr. with performances on Friday, Feb 21 at 7pm & Saturday, Feb 22 at 2pm and 7pm at the Lake Washington High School Performing Arts Center.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students/children and can be purchased online until February 20, 2020. Tickets will also be available at the door 30 minutes prior to each show for cash and check payments only.

Guests can purchase tickets online here. Registered users will not be able to check out as guests. 

This enrichment program serves to educate RHMS students in all aspects of play production, including auditioning, role development, rehearsing in small groups and full cast, acting direction, singing direction, choreography, costume fitting, prop use and stage management. The experience culminates in the final performances where students experience performing on a professionally run stage in front of live audiences. Heidi Jensen, director, is a drama education specialist with a license for teaching, coaching and directing. Andrew Pang, music director, is a professional musician and educator.
