RSNA Special Business Meeting
As approved by the RSNA Board of Directors, a Special Business Meeting of the membership will be held virtually on May 19, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. Central Time.
The purpose of this meeting is to present an overview of proposed amendments to the RSNA Bylaws and to seek adoption by eligible voting RSNA members of the amended Bylaws as a whole as presented by the Committee on Bylaws and Resolutions. The proposed amendments were approved by the Board and created in order to meet objectives and changes to board governance, including the size and composition of the RSNA Board of Directors.
Please see the proposal document in order to review an outline of the amendments and the proposed RSNA Bylaws reflecting the amendatory language. The current RSNA Bylaws are also available online as a reference.
- According to the RSNA Bylaws, to be eligible to vote at a business session, you must be in the "Active Member" category, which consists of North American radiologists.
- Eligible participants must register by May 14, 2021.
- The following groups are not eligible to vote, and therefore are not able to register directly for this session. These groups include, Corresponding (Non-North American) members, Members-In-Training, Associate members, Retired members, and Honorary Members. As a special business meeting of the membership, the meeting is closed to students and non-members.
