Billionaire Collection #2

My Brother's Billionaire Best Friend

Rate this book
Mabel “Maybe” Willis died a virgin at the very young age of twenty-four. She leaves behind her parents, Betty and Bruce, her brother, Evan, a laptop filled with one too many Jason Momoa memes, and a Kindle library with more books than one human being could ever finish in a lifetime.
Cause of death: a text message.

Okay. So, I didn’t die.
But I may as well have.

One minute, I’m a woman trying to find her way in the world, and the next, I’m the sender of six of the most embarrassing text messages that have ever been sent in the history of time—or the cell phone. Whatever.

We’re talking code red, send a flipping mayday, the apocalypse is coming kind of texts.

And I didn’t just send them to some random person I’ll never see again.
No. That would be too easy.

I sent them to Milo Ives.

The man who played a starring role in all of my teenage fantasies—and my brother’s lifelong best friend.
And, boy oh boy, has he grown up.
He’s hard-bodied, blue-eyed, jawline-of-stone handsome, crazy successful, and has more money in his bank account than my brain can fathom.

Deflower me, please? I said.

Yeah. Send help.

This is my first time reading Max Monroe and I don’t really know how I feel about them or their writing style. There were a few things I liked about this book and a few more things I didn’t like.
Some of the things I liked the trope. I’m a total sucker for the best friend’s sister/brother trope. I liked the bf Lena. There were parts that made me laugh.
Some of the things I didn’t like were the jumps in time. For example one minute she was giving Milo a bj and the next she is going to a job interview. Just bj cut job interview wtf happen to the in between? I mean did he even say thanks for the blowy? Did she just jump up and say eww and run out the door? Did the just stare at each other awkwardly and back away from each other and pretend it never happened? Fuck if I know because bam job interview! It does this kind of annoying time jumps all through the read. Then there was the heroine. I didn’t hate her but she was annoying and immature. 24 my ass I don’t know many 24 year olds that act that ditzy. Oh I could tell the authors tried to make her clever quirky and funny but she came off like that annoying girl in school. It’s like she was trying real hard to be cool and hang with the popular kids but just came off fake. The way she talked was choppy and immature. The flow to it was weird and off-putting. I had to go back a couple times and read certain phrases because they were worded oddly. She was written in a very generically sassy way if that makes sense. I hated all the fake cussing. I also couldn’t stand the way the hero called her kid. It was just gross! In the end there were more things I didn’t like than things I did. I may give this author duo another try but I wasn’t impressed. Especially Considering how highly rated it is on Amazon

📚 “Deflower me, please?” 📚

24 years old Mabel (Maybe) Willis returned to New York after graduating from Stanford and while she's looking for a job at one of the city's publishing houses, she works at her parents, Betty and Bruce Willis, flower shop. 🌷
Yes, her father's name is Fucking Bruce Willis - which makes a lot of tourists come to the store and look for the King of Action. 😂😂😂

📚 "I can not believe Bruce Willis owns a floral shop."
Oh, here we go ...
"Is he ... uh ... is he here?" He asks, and my mom tilts her head to the side.
"Is who here?"
"Bruce Willis." The man stutters over his words. "I'm ... I'd love to get a picture with him."
...... "He's not here." I busy myself filling the cash register with fresh paper. "He's in LA. Shooting Die Hard 9. "
The man's eyes light up with equal parts confusion and excitation. "There's going to be a Die Hard 9?"
"Yep. Die ... Hardest." 📚

Maybe was in love with 30-years-old Milo Ives, her brother's best friend, ever since she was 11 years old - so, when one day Milo comes to order flowers for his mother, she is so shocked to see him again that she can barely speek... Only then she realize that he didn't recognize her! 😱
And no, she doesn't correct him... 😂😂😂

📚 Milo Ives, the star of all of my teen fantasies, has no idea who I am.
My pits are sweating so hard they're testing the strength of my deodorant while I try to come up with the perfect thing to say to his strong-jawed, plush-lipped face, and He. Does not. Even. Remember. Me.
Oh my God.
"I ... uh ... just started working here two weeks ago." 📚

Milo receives a phone call from his best friend and business partner, Evan, who asks him to use his contacts to help his sister get a job interview at a publishing house, and he doesn't hesitate to help. Milo didn't see Maybe in years, but he never forgot the cute little girl she was. 😍
When he discover that Maybe works at the flower shop, he realize that the hot girl he saw is no longer the little girl he remembers - and she's definitely off limits!! 🙈
And so, the two become just friends - until other feelings begin to develop between them... 💃❤🎉

First of all, a little warning from me - Do not read this book next to other people. You will find yourself laughing so loud, with embarrassing snoring, that will make you look like you've completely lost it. So don't do that! 😂😂😂

This is not my first book by Max and Monroe, but without a doubt - it's the most successful of them all!!! 👑 Seriously, it was so funny! I can't count how many times I wiped tears of laughter. 😂

Maybe is one of the coolest characters I ever read about, one I would definitely like to be best friends with - naive, silly but super charming and hilarious... 💃
Milo is a typical sexy billionaire businessman. Sweet, sexy and romantic. 😍
The conversations between Maybe and Milo were the best part of the story! 😂
But not only Maybe and Milo were amazing, the secondary characters in this book were awesome too (you have to love her father, Bruce Willis, the coupon lover! 👑😂)

As soon as I started the book, I couldn't stop. Thank God my husband was abroad and I didn't have other plans, because I couldn't raise my head from my Kindle until I got to the words: THE END! 💙

THE BOOK IS LIVE! 🎉💃❤

The story is funny and not uninteresting either, but the fact that he keeps calling her "kid" until the end destroys the whole book for me. Calling someone "kid" just isn't sexy at all... urghs.

Cute romantic comedy!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 💙❤️💚💜
Steam: 🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙
World building: 🌏🌍🌏🌎
Character development: 😊😘😟
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙
Narration Type: Dual Narration

The heroine: Mable Willis (a.k.a. Maybe) - she recently graduated from Stanford University and returned home to New York to hopefully find a job in publishing, though she hasn’t had much luck yet. She has had a crush on her brother’s best friend Milo Ives since she was young, and her brother asked Milo to see if he could use his contacts in the publishing industry to get Maybe an interview. Did I mention she is still a virgin and no longer wants to be. I have a tough time believing that someone who isn’t saving themselves for marriage or hasn’t taken a vow of celibacy to still be a virgin by the time she finishes graduate school.

The Hero: Milo Ives - billionaire best friend of Maybe’s brother, Evan who is the CFO for Milo’s company. Milo stayed with the Willis family for half of his senior year in high school after his parents moved out of state. He stops into their family flower shop in New York every few weeks or so but doesn’t recognize Maybe who is working behind the counter, because he hasn’t seen her since she was about thirteen years old.

The Story: Maybe is a self-proclaimed disenchanted introvert. At one point she puts Milo’s number into her phone, the number she got off the computer at her parents' flower shop. When maybe is drugged after oral surgery, she mistakenly sends Milo a text asking him to help her get rid of her virginity. Though not in quite those terms. She is of course, utterly embarrassed afterwards but gets through that and they continue to see and text each other, becoming friends. The book is a slow burn despite the text. I am not too fond of the slow burn, but I have liked Max Monroe books in the past and this turned out to be pretty good.

I liked the fact that Maybe had trouble getting a job in publishing after graduating from college. I, like her, had a degree in English Literature and never did find a job like that. I ended up working in software development after getting an MBA years later. Though she did have her masters and Stanford is a bit more prestigious than the University of Minnesota. Still most people don’t get their dream job right out of college.

I also liked the fact that she was nicknamed Maybe because her family didn’t think she would grow into the name Mable until she was in her 80’s or so. Her family was pretty funny, and I loved that her father’s name was Bruce Willis. The supporting characters in this book were well developed and likable. I really liked Lena, the barista and the entire Willis family.

This audiobook was told in dual points of view via dual narration and was narrated by Elizabeth Hart and Nelson Hobbs. I am not too fond of Elizabeth Hart’s narration, her voice is a bit nasal and annoying, though I did continue to listen anyway. Nelson Hobbs wasn’t bad though, he had a clear voice and sounded quite cultured, so it fit well for the Billionaire.

DNF... I don’t even know what %. I got this from KU because it was one of the highest-selling romance titles on Kindle right now and all I can assume is that readers have lost all sense of good taste because this was god-fucking-awful. I regret every second of my life I spent reading the tiny amount I actually read. Completely juvenile “humor” and there was also a transphobic “joke” at one point which is right around the time I noped out.

Five love stars for Maybe and Milo ❤!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Max Monroe never disappoints!

I've only read two books that this amazing duet has written and I can say that I'm in love with their writing.

This is one of the best rom-com books I've read this year and a perfect book for bringing it with you on your summer vacation.

Maybe and Milo made me laugh through the whole book.

I love both characters.

Maybe is a female character who with her actions remains me of me and Milo is a man which every woman wants in her life 😍.

Spoilers ahead

This started off really well, I was enjoying being in Maybe's head........until the mcs actually meet.

Random thoughts...........

The best friend's little sister trope is rarely done differently which is a shame. It's tough reading about the mmc going round and round about whether or not be be with the fmc because she's his friend's little sister. It's even more ridiculous In this case as Maybe( I'm not sure if her name was cute or annoying) was 24 to Milo's 30.

Maybe did the chasing. It doesn't matter how many times he thought she was cute, funny or adorable SHE was the one who reached out first at every opportunity

Weird segue after sexy times. Maybe gave him a bj then we jump to a scene next day, he goes down on her same scenario. As I remember from this author's billionaire bad boys series it was the same thing. It's weird as hell! One would think a first time experience such as that would have something after it

Maybe called her parents by their first name......no explanation why which annoyed me endlessly. Usually an explanation is offered in situations like that but not here

This was pretty similar to the author's previous billionaire books, in fact secondary character in this one Cap could be a mirror reflection of Thatcher Kelly from the previous series. Thatch actually makes an appearance here

The mcs don't actually spend much time together. Maybe probably got more face time with her friend than sith Milo. A lot of their scenes were actually messages so him falling for her was completely unexpected

All in all this one didn't work for me and as Cap is a massive manwhore and the h of the other book already annoys me I'm going to have to leave these new billionaire books alone.

I read it all, but...

This is going to be a very short review and a wee bit spoilerish, so please proceed with caution.

I could handle him calling her "Kid" the first time because he was still thinking of her as his best friend's little sister.

BUT...

THE WHOLE BLOODY BOOK??? LIKE IT WAS AN ENDEARMENT. 😳🤢

Besides the 'kid' thing, unfortunately, My Brother's Billionaire Best Friend was a little too much the same same from this author duo. Felt like I had read it all before. He tries to organise a hook up to distract himself from his desire for the heroine. She does silly things that he finds really cute and irresistible. He saves the day and she feels indebted to him. The friends are either crazy invasive or the 'Yoda' of relationships. Just a wee bit of an eye roll or two.

Knowing me, I'll forget and I will buy more from these authors because I keep remembering that I laugh a time or two. Not all bad but not the best book I've ever read.

Maybe Willis - real name Mabel (Dad's name Bruce!!!) - just came back home to New York. To live in her brother's old apartment and to work at her parents' flower shop. She's a 24 year old virgin and she's back home with her folks! But this is only temporary - she's done with college and she only needs to find the perfect job in publishing - and then real life can start!

Enter Milo.
He's her brother's best friend.

Maybe has been in love with him since she was eleven years old.
And suddenly he's back in her life and treating her like the little girl she used to be.

But of course he's not at all thinking of a little kid when he's looking at grown up Maybe!
He's horribly attracted, but a buddy's little sister is always off limits, right??

And when Maybe kinda, accidentally sends him some NSFW texts one day - while possibly under the influence of dentist drugs ..... things are really starting to get interesting! And hilarious!

description

I adored this story!

It was so funny and sweet and cute and it had lots of Thatch in it again. How can you not love such a book!?
(P.S. should you not know who Thatch is - you've obviously been asleep these last few years and need to hurry to amazon and get started with Max Monroe's first amazing Billionaire Bad Boy series!)

I loved Milo and how he tries to stay strong and not fall for his best buddy's little sister!
And Maybe is hilarious! She's not making it easy on him.

I adored the new bestie Lena and all the texts and conversations!

This was an adorable Rom-Com!
I wouldn't mind seeing this on Netflix one day!

It was a tiny bit too ... unsexy for my tastes. There's sexiness, sexy texts and sexy moments, but we don't get any real action until the last pages. But it didn't really hurt the story much - it was just a tiny bit weird.
Also - is it just me that noticed that ... I caugh more than a few Fifty Shades steals in here??? The martial arts trainer is called Claude. The virgin part obviously. The billionaire part. The age diffrence. Maybe wants to work in publishing. And more!!!

MY BROTHER'S BILLIONAIRE BEST FRIEND was such an adorable & funny New-York Romance ! Hurry to your nearest amazon for your own Milo - this one is MINE!!!

AND NOW HURRY SEPTEMBER 12 - I NEED CAP'S BOOK ASAP!!!!

Lord Almighty, he tastes so good. Like mint and honey and heaven and Milo.
...
I kissed Milo Ives.
And more than that, he kissed me right back.

STORY & CHARACTERS

Mabel '' Maybe'' Willis: Brown eyes, dark hair, 24 - The Girl.
Milo Ives: Blue eyes, dark hair, 30 - The Girl's Brother's Billionaire Best Friend

*Maybe is a girl who just wants to pop the cherry! (sorry for the term)

You know, a little bam-bam in my ham-ham. Some not-too-big, but not-too-small P in my V.

*And she is in luck because her brother's billionaire best friend, whom she is eternally in love with, comes right to her feet.

Maybe: Deflower me, please?

*Mabel is so relatable. She is quirky, sweet, smart, and charming.
*Milo is a total babe, the way he calls her ''Kid''. OH, I love it so much! Well, many find this creepy and annoying, but I find it attractive...

Kid. He called me kid. Every single piece of me knows I should be irritated, but for some strange reason, the way it flows off his tongue with affection and amusement, I don’t hate it all.

FOOTNOTES

*I love both the characters and them as a couple!

*I love inner monologues and dialogues.

*I have a thin line for Virgin Trope, some I hate truly, some I find relatable and enjoy too much; this one was a true winner!

*That particular scene is just what I need before going to a job interview!

-one tiny eye roll-

OVERALL

*It might not be the most original story out there, but it was an easy read and so captivating, I guess I finished it in one sitting.

*I liked this book very very much! I laughed a lot, NO, sorry I giggled! Yes, I was giggling through the whole book! And so recently, I might have read it for the second time in a skimming way, but the truth is I liked it even more!

-First I voted lower because-
*I don't mind a slow burn; I actually love it. BUT after waiting for it that much! I mean, it's not fair! I wanted more action, ya know?! It was just a tiny glimpse...
So, Dear Max Monroe, I don't mind a holiday special novella!

-But I raised my vote lately because-
I feel extremely positive and generous with my votes nowadays. I seriously enjoyed reading it too much anyway. It was angst-free, romantic, fun, hot, and entertaining. I LOVE IT! It was like cotton candy!

*The review might belong to 2021, but I read this book in 2020...sorry.

Me: I like to live dangerously.
Milo: If you really want to live dangerously, touch yourself and tell me how it feels.
Did Milo Ives just say that to me?

This was definitely a SLOW BURN, which as most of you know is not always my favorite. Because this author duo is so hilarious, I stayed entertained the entire time.

Mabel Willis has been infatuated with her brother’s best friend Milo since she was a little girl. Now since she just graduated from Stanford she is back home and hoping to find a job in publishing. First of all her nickname “Maybe” is the best!!! Her parents are so dang funny.

Milo is a very successful billionaire and as a favor to Maybe’s brother Evan, he is going to use his connections and possibly be able to get Maybe some interviews at a reputable publishing house.

If you want to laugh and also get a sweet romance w/some hotness splashed through this is absolutely a book for you.

This was such a fun read!

It hits one of my favorite tropes right on the head (Is that the correct expression?): Brother’s best friend.

Mabel (Maybe) has always had a crush on her brother's best friend Milo, who is now a billionaire business owner. She has just returned to NYC after getting her Master's in English Lit over at Stanford on the west coast and hasn't seen Milo in so long that he didn't even recognize her when they meet again. Maybe’s brother asks Milo to help his sister get her foot into publishing but before they can connect Maybe ends up accidentally texting Milo “Deflower me, please?”, which leads to a hilarious outcome. What I loved most about these two is that Maybe and Milo developed a fun friendship first even though there's plenty of chemistry and attraction between the two.But hey there’s the forbidden romance because it’s his best friend’s little sister! While Milo helps Maybe find a job, Maybe enlists Milo to help her travel through the dating scene in New York and let’s just say it’s hard for him to hide his jealous tendencies. It's a very entertaining story with these two and plenty of fun.

I will say this, I did get a bit confused with the name Maybe vs maybe but that didn't deter me from finishing this book all in one go!

3.5 “live dangerously” stars

Milo and Maybe’s story is so sweet. She is his best friends little sister, and he is the boy she’s always had a secret crush on. Maybe is all grown up, and Milo is now the man she’s crushing on. Slow burn. With a low heat level, but honestly the sweet romcom vibes are enough to keep you wanting more of their love. I love that their story was so sweet, because it stayed true to their characters. Maybe is like awkward and sweet. I just loved her. Milo is swoon-y and you can tell an honestly good guy. There are some small misunderstandings in this story, but other that the story is pretty low angst. Just romantic comedy goodness!

" 4- It was always meant to be you - Stars!"

This is the first book I've read by the writing team Max Monroe, and I really enjoyed their writing voice and style.

This is also one of my favourite tropes (What started as a juvenile crush, turns into falling for the older brother's best friend).

I had high hopes for this story and Max Monroe did not disappoint!

When Milo realizes that his best friends younger sister, Mabel (Maybe) has grown up to be a smart, confident, and beautiful young woman it shakes him to the core.

 photo scared.gif

I loved the awkward, uncomfortable realization that Milo finds himself attracted to his best friends little sister, which has an unspoken, (and spoken) rule that Maybe is "off-limits".

 photo hiding.gif

I loved the history and relationship that Milo and Maybe shared from when they were younger and how that foundation grew to friendship with a crazy, intense attraction and chemistry for one another.

 photo disneygif_7.gif

And then finally, when they come to realize they can't fight the attraction and "want" for one another any longer.

 photo bruce.gif

This book was quirky, funny, and entertaining.

ARC kindly received in exchange for an honest review.

I will admit, that the first 10-15% of this book had me thinking I was going to dislike it, and get really frustrated with the characters. Plus I really am not a fan of weirdly name characters in books (Maybe? I know its a nickname, but it still annoyed me haha). But once I pushed through that, and got to the real start of the story, where things begin to get more meaty, I found myself really enjoying it.

Milo and Maybe are pretty cool characters, and I found myself enjoying the banter between them and also their friends. Can you say "Hiiiiii Thatch!" and Cap is back too! And Maybe befriends a funky girl named Lena. With both our main characters having really quirky besties, it makes from some quite hilarious scenes.

Now, best friends little sister/brothers best friend books are one of my fave tropes in the romance genre, and I liked the way that this one is done. Milo is a stand-up guy. He's got his life together, and he's actually a decent person. I liked the connection he had with Maybe (especially after that first awkward meeting), and I enjoyed his internal thoughts.

Maybe is a bit of rambling and nervous kind of girl, but she also shows some straight up determination which is a great mix, and works well for her character.

I loved our scenes with their friends, the banter in those parts was hilarious, and I CANNOT WAIT for Cap's book. Hoooo-eee! That's gonna be a fun one, me-thinks!

Once I got into it, this was a really fun and easy to read book, that I found myself wanting to pick back up each time I had to put it down. I really looked forward to seeing how it would play out.

Would recommend.

Brother's best friend trope

This was an okay romance. I don't think it was funny, rather stupid at times, and I hated him calling her 'kid' which was quite a turn-off.

Word of advice, straight from me to you: have emergency services on standby while reading this book. You’ll faint, swoon, fall head-over-heels, and die from too much laughter (if that’s even possible).

I don’t know how they do it, and at this point I’ve just given up even trying to guess, but Max Monroe has delivered another smash romcom with My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend. Their signature comedic approach to romance is uniquely theirs, and this book is just another example of their incomparable writing style and talent.

This book starts out with a bang; humor at its finest...i.e. “Brucisms”. But what I found that truly made this story soar besides the knee-slapping comedy was Maybe and Milo. Their friends-to-lovers relationship is anything but stereotypical. Sweet, innocent, and feisty Maybe was the perfect counterpart to sexy, charming, and irresistible Milo. Having not seen each other since Maybe was just a young teenager, all it takes is a drunken text “Deflower me, please?” for Milo to start seeing Maybe as the beautiful, strong, and independent woman she’s become.

I just can’t get enough of Max Monroe’s books. The authors put their trademark comedic stamp on every romcom they write, making each story a one-of-a-kind. Not only do you have fantastic main characters, but the supporting cast brings their own flair, enhancing the overall outcome of the story. You’re in for a real treat with this book, not only from the laugh-out-loud moments but from the conflicting emotions and heartfelt moments woven within the pages.

Maybe is tired of being a virgin. When she sends her brother's best friend (and her childhood crush) a text asking him to deflower her, she blames the Universe for punishing her. But after talking it over with Milo (said crush), they agree to forget the whole thing. But the more time they spend together and the more times she texts him, the deeper she falls for him. Her bestie says he's half in love with her already, Maybe just needs to seduce him. Can she do it? Can she seduce her brother's best friend or will Milo put the brakes on to save his lifelong friendship with her brother?

Max Monroe have become my new must-read rom com author. Their writing has me laughing my ass off while falling in love with the hero/heroine. While this is a classic trope, Max Monroe add such freshness to it. My favorite part has to be when a certain male character cries when Milo reveals his feelings for Maybe. Priceless!

If you love rom coms, this is a must-read!

My Brothers Billionaire Best Friend by Max Monroe was a fun and light read that had me laughing out loud and loving Maybe and Milo. Yes, Maybe is our heroine’s name. Well her name is Mabel Willis, but everyone called her Maybe. She was funny and quirky and just plain adorable and very likable. I loved her from the beginning. Milo is her brother’s best friend and older and she has crushed on him for years.

Maybe has been in California finishing up school and is now back home looking to start living in all ways possible. When Milo enters her life again, the last thing she wants to do is send a very embarrassing and truthful text to Milo. Yet suddenly they are texting, talking and spending time together. Can Milo see past this best friend’s little sister to the woman she has become? I loved Milo. He may have been a billionaire, but he was also very down to earth, caring and honest.

I loved My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend by Max Monroe. I laughed out loud so many times and just loved their journey. They were friends and I loved watching them fall. I also loved the side characters so much! We all need a Lena in our lives! This was a fun read with all the best feels and fun moments.

Eh, this book was ok I guess? (DNF at 60%)

I mean I DNFed it because I was just really bored, to be honest. I mean I could see the appeal of the book and story- because as you would expect, it's a very light-hearted, quick, and quirky book- but I just found it very meh . It was a generic story, and the writing just didn't click for me. At times, the story was just very random, and leaned more towards the awkward side (the second-hand embarrassment was real) .

I also found the heroine to be annoyingly immature at times- I understand to attempt to be quirky and different, but it just got out of hand at times. It was just very vague and plain- I also wasn't a fan of the random time jumps/ skipped scenes. But don't get me wrong, it was actually ok, it's just not what I was looking for at the moment.

This book had some of my favorite tropes in it, but I feel like, at this point, I've just read so many books with such a similar concept that this didn't really stand out- it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I mean if you're looking for something quick and simple, definitely give it a shot. (but please, what is going on with the cover??)

MINI REVIEW
Oh my gosh I loved this one. Light, fun, flirty and just made me smile nonstop! It flowed so well. With such loveable characters and minimal conflict, it was such a treat to read. It has this innocence of first love and first times. Teachable moments that are hot and hilarious. So fun and flirty. It's a slow burn, but with steam. You have to read to understand what I mean. Normally I don't love the brother's bestfriend trope, but I had no issues here with how the authors wrote this trope! Perfection! Love this author duo. If you're looking for a fun romcom read, check this out!

"God's not here right now, sweetheart. This is all Milo."

PS. There were side characters in this one that made me want to back and catch up, so I'm going to go back and start from the backlist beginning!

Sexy. Fun. Flirty. Hilariously entertaining.

I love a good brother’s best friend romance and it’s even better when it’s also a rom com. I laughed so much and so hard while reading, I’m talking belly-aching-tears-in-my-eyes cackling. I haven’t laughed that much when reading a book in who knows how long. My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend hit all the feel-good spots.

Maybe and her adorable awkwardness got me every time. Her antics had me laughing nonstop. I loved how quirky and innocent she was. She was such a breath of fresh air and I adored her so much.

Milo was so easy to like. He isn’t an egotistical, pretentious, snotty and holier-than-thou billionaire. He earned everything he has by continuously working hard in which ultimately had him achieving his goal. He was just the ultimate. I couldn’t get enough of him or his charming ways. I wanted more, so much more.

Maybe and Milo were the absolute best! They had me smiling so big and equally laughing my butt off. I loved their getting-to-know-you stage, which easy veered into their friendship and ultimately turned to something more. Their texting was fan-freaking-tastic, but their sexting, OMFG I was squealing with delight and also cackling so hard. I fluffing loved this book and Maybe and Milo so fluffing much!

Max Monroe have once again brought the countless laughs and very likable characters with My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend. They’ve once again shown why they’re the unstoppable, ultimate and incredible duo they are.

Definitely recommend
