COACHE, based at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is a consortium of institutional leaders working to improve outcomes in faculty recruitment, development, and retention. COACHE developed and administers the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey and has published a series of Benchmark Best Practices and Special Reports that feature promising practices from member institutions, including the ways in which COACHE data informed their decisions and strategies.

    • The survey closed on April 10, 2023
    • CUNY colleges that participated in COACHE received reports of their results in August 2023.  CUNY received the system-wide report in late September 2023.

    • Log into Blackboard using your CUNYfirst login credentials
    • Once in Blackboard, click on “COACHE Survey” in the blue banner at the top of the screen
      • Each system report is presented as an Excel file that includes individual worksheets with response rates, data visualizations and mean/frequencies by question and participating college/school
      • The COACHE instrumentation summaries for each year (pdf files) are also posted to facilitate the interpretation of the data
