About TYPA
Turlock Youth Performing Arts (TYPA) was formed over fifteen years ago by a group of parents looking for a musical theater program in our community that offered quality instruction and pleasing performances. TYPA has continued to grow and offers productions for children from ages 8 to 18. Our founding families were not alone in the desire to have children’s theater in our communities; now there are hundreds of families involved! If you wish to find out more about TYPA or help us in any way, we would be happy to have you join us!
Upcoming Senior Company Auditions:
Mamma Mia!
Come out to Turlock Community Theater Monday, May 6th or Tuesday, May 7th at 6pm to audition for TYPA’s upcoming Senior Company show: Mamma Mia! Auditions are held on a first-come, first-serve basis. Come prepared with a 1-minute acapella song to showcase your vocal talent, and be prepared to read a short excerpt (provided to you upon arrival).
Auditions for Senior Company shows are open to all incoming freshman to outgoing seniors in high school.
