The book tells the stories of individuals from queer history for a young adult audience and received critical praise including three starred reviews and five award nominations.

Her 2024 page-a-day calendar, Pride: A Celebration of LGBTQIA+ History and Community, from Workman Publishing is on sale now and shares a new piece of trivia, vocab, celebrity quote, historical figure’s bio, historical event, action item, reflection question, or quiz every day.
