2022-23 - Bundy started in all 30 games for the Lions as a forward while averaging 9.0 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.7 threes and 0.3 blocks a game in 28.0 minutes ... For the season scored 271 points going 96-for-192 from the field, 22-for-58 from three, 57-for-88 from free throws while grabbing 193 rebounds, dishing out 42 assists, blocking nine shots and collecting 30 steals ... Shot 50.0 percent from the field, 37.9 percent from threeand 64.8 percent from free throws.
2021-22 - Bundy was the lone Lion to start in all 29 games while being capable of playing as a forward or center ... Averaged 26.3 minutes, 10.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists a game while shooting 48.6 percent from the field, 35.7 percent from three and 71.0 percent from free throws and averaged a block a game... Scored a season-high 29 points against Lincoln (Dec. 18) going six-of-nine from the field, three-of-five from three and was 14-of-18 from free throws while adding seven rebounds in the win... Hauled in 12 rebounds against Northeastern State (Jan. 11) while adding six points, two blocks and two steals in the close win... 2020-21 - Bundy appeared in 22 games starting in 21 for the Lions as a forward ... Averaged 26.7 minutes, 9.4 points, 5 rebounds a game while shooting 57.6 percent from the field, 38.5 from three and 70.1 from the free throw line while dishing out 1.4 assists per game and registering 0.6 steals and 0.7 blocks per game ... Registered a double-double on the road against Rogers State (Jan. 28) finishing with season-highs of 25 points and 10 rebounds (five offensive) after shooting 8-of-12 from the field 4-of-5 from three and going 5-7 from the free throw line ... Scored 24 points and had eight rebounds against Missouri Western (Feb. 11) on the road, going 9-of-12 from the field, 1-of-1 from three and 5-of-8 from the free throw line ... Had a season-high three blocks at home against Missouri Western (Dec. 19) ... Ranked third in scoring margin (+1.5), three-point field goals made per game (8.8), three-point field goals percentage (38.0), assists and rebounds. The Lions were fourth in field goal percentage defense (45.0) and three-point field goals made, fifth in free throws made, offensive rebounds per game (9.26), sixth in three-point field goals attempted, assist to turnover ratio (1.03) and free throws attempted.
2019-20 - Bundy appeared in 30 games for the Lions playing as a forward... Averaged 2.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game... Scored eight points whlie pulling down nine rebounds (five offensive) versus Central Oklahoma at home... Registered seven points, four rebounds (two offensive) to go along with two blocks and a steal on the road... Part of the Lions team that finished No. 1 in the MIAA in scoring offense (84.8), scoring margin (13.5), total rebounds (1,192), rebounds per game (38.5) while finishing in the top-3 in field goal percentage (.486), three-point percentage (.379), three-point field goals made (323), three-point field goals attempted (853), free-throw percentage (.779), free-throws attempted (592), free-throws made (461), offensive rebounds (330), rebounding margin (7.3), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.29), blocked shots (107), assists (461)... While ranked in the top-20 nationally in two categories: 12th in scoring margin (13.5) and 14th in rebounding margin (7.3).
2018-19 - Bundy redshirted due to injury ... one of four Lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (3.21 GPA).
2017-18 - Bundy saw action in 18 games, averaging nearly 15 minutes per game ... He averaged 4.8 points per game and 3.0 rebounds per game, while shooting 61 percent from the floor ... had the best game of the season in the NCAA Tournament where he finished with 11 points and seven rebounds.Â
Prior to Southern -Â Bundy comes to Southern from Nixa High School, where he played for coach Jay Osborne and the Eagles ... As a senior, Bundy was a first-team All-Conference pick, while also earning All-District and All-State honors in helping Nixa to a 25-4 record and a District Championship ... Bundy averaged 17.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in his career where he was a two-year letter winner at NHS.
Personal -Â Christian is the son of Krista Paladino and Martin Bundy, Christian's older brother Kameron was an All-Conference and All-Region performer at Drury University ... Christian graduated with a degree in Economics in December of 2021 and is currently pursuing a masters degree at Southern.
