Parent Chat

Parent Chat hosts experts in youth mental wellness with webinars and discussions around topics such as anxiety, depression, social media, and more.

Parent Chat supports families in building stronger family relationships, gaining confidence talking about emotions and mental health, and bringing awareness that “you are not alone.”

Twice a month, join facilitator Sheri Gazitt and guests for interactive presentations with Q&A. Leave with evidence-based steps to incorporate into your parenting.

Everyone will experience mental health challenges at some point. Parent Chat offers families competency and confidence in handling those challenges when they occur.
