Tours are offered daily in the replica house and exhibition galleries and each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
GROUPS
Groups planning a visit to the museum may reserve private docent-led tours of the historic home, grounds, or galleries. Our trained staff docents can enhance your visit with additional knowledge of the life of the Moores. Guided tours are offered at flexible times during regular museum hours. Each tour is approximately 45 minutes. Reservations required at least one week in advance for all guided tours.
SELF-GUIDED AUDIO & MOBILE TOURS
Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum on their own. Soon self-guided audio tours — accessible from visitors' own cell phones though our mobile app —will be available in the historic replica home and in select rotating exhibitions.
Facility Tours
Volunteers help to make our facility a fun, educational, and affordable community resource. If you have some time to spare, a skill to share, or a smile that says you care, please consider volunteering with us.
We are equipped to handle a variety of functions. Please keep us in mind for event planning such as birthdays, weddings, organizational training, family reunions and other occasions!
Exhibitions and activities of the Moore Museum offer a vivid perspective of the historic lives of the Moores.
