Peter Unterlechner

Peter Unterlechner is the fourth generation to run the Biohotel Grafenast with passion and a spirit of innovation. The roots of the family business go back to 1907, when his great-grandfather Toni Unterlechner laid the foundations. This connection to the Tyrolean mountains still characterizes the family’s work today. Under his leadership, the Grafenast has developed into a haven of peace, perfecting the balance between tradition and contemporary comfort. The idea of an organic hotel was born in the 1980s when the family took on the challenge of offering exclusively vegetarian cuisine for two weeks. To this day, vegan and vegetarian dishes are an integral part of the menu, made with regional and organic ingredients.
He is strongly committed to sustainability and the common good, which is reflected, among other things, in the common good balance sheet and the resulting goals. He and his family will continue the Grafenast success story with an open mind and a clear commitment to nature.
