Regular business hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Our summer hours run from May 1 to August 1 and are 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please contact our office for information regarding business hours during special weekend events.

The Illinois State Ticket Office is located on the east side of Hancock Stadium. Parking is available in the Ticket Office reserved spaces as well as metered spaces in the lot in front of Hancock Stadium, directly off Main Street.
