DES MOINES — On Monday, March 23rd, Rep. Cindy Axne (IA-03) will host a telephone town hall with local public health officials to update residents of Iowa's Third Congressional District on federal, state, and local efforts to combat the recent outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The town hall, which will begin at 6:30 p.m. CT, will provide residents of Iowa's Third Congressional District the opportunity to ask questions and share concerns about the effects that COVID-19 is having on their communities. Residents can sign up to join the call by visiting https://axne.house.gov/live.
Earlier this week, Rep. Axne announced that she would be discontinuing all in-person town halls to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 in Iowa.
