Welcome to New Growth Coaching. This company has been my passion project since 2013. I love working with people and organizations who are striving to learn and grow.
Essentially, if you care, I care.
With my background in human development and therapeutic principles, I create brave spaces for individuals, teams and groups to dive deeper into awareness and courage at work.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my nose in a book, spending time with my incredible wife and daughter, enjoying all that my beautiful home state of Colorado has to offer, or sipping a new wine.

As a coach, my superpower is helping clients see what is invisible to them. This is essential in identifying what is blocking progress toward individual or organizational goals.
My purpose is to help my clients be the best version of themselves and shake off patterns of behavior that don’t serve those they lead.

We get stuck seeing ourselves as lone entities instead of complex beings. However, it’s not always easy to unearth parts of ourselves that have been hidden. Having a skilled coach at your side can feel supportive and comforting. And truth be told, if we don’t do this work, the world misses out on our true nature.
By improving self-awareness skills, my clients are also able to improve their communication, generate more confidence and empowerment, and gain a better understanding of others.

Throughout my work, I’ve repeatedly heard that my accessibility, sense of humor and approachable nature have helped foster authentic and meaningful relationships even when faced with incredible personal and professional challenges.
