Closed Sundays
All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Work With A Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Leadership Opportunities

College Scholarships
Eligible team members can apply for a $2,000 scholarship annually and a receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.
Educational Assistance Opportunities
In addition to scholarships, Chick-fil-A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships. Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately.
