Who We Are
Igniting Potential
Achievement Centers has a long history of providing childcare and academic opportunities to children in southern Palm Beach County. Our services meet critical needs for income constrained families which often times are experiencing poverty and need supportive solutions to achieve self-suffciency. We provide access to affordable toddler, preschool, afterschool and summer programs, which sets a foundation for academic, financial, and future life success for the children and families we serve.
Creating Opportunities
Each year we serve 900 children, ages 1 to 18 and their families Monday through Friday on three campuses. Our programs are transformational and improve school readiness, combat food insecurity, close the achievement gap and prevent the summer slide. By doing so, we afford opportunities to under resourced individuals to be competitive with their peers and have the same chance to achieve the most desirable and beneficial outcomes for their lives.
Inspiring Wellness
Our Family Strengthening Program offers parents health and wellness classes, skill building and parenting workshops, financial literacy and life style management. Case management and emergency services are also provided to thousands of families in need. those in need. With the help of community partners we provide comprehensive therapeutic services to families. These services are instrumental to our families. Ensuring that children have nurturing home environments aids their development and significantly reduces health risks.
