Full Book Bargaining Survey
UFF-UCF, your faculty union, values input from the people we represent. Every three years, UFF-UCF and the UCF Board of Trustees open collective bargaining on the entire Collective Bargaining Agreement. This process is known as "open book" bargaining. Your faculty union is conducing a brief survey (5-10 minutes) to get a sense of what issues matter most to our unit.

You may find a copy of the current CBA here: https://collectivebargaining.ucf.edu/CBA/final2019-2021fullbook.pdf
