Application for Mid-Career Faculty Development Program
Supported by AUR Venture Grant 

This application is for a longitudinal small group mid-career faculty development course funded by the 2020 AUR Venture Grant. This program is restricted to 10 participants, selected by committee review.

The program consists of the following:

1. Mentorship circle consisting of peer mentorship (within the group) and higher level leader mentorship (Vice Chair or Chair level). Meetings via web-conferencing monthly; topics TBD by participant group.

2. Group work on a Coursera course (www.coursera.org) such as negotiation skills (course itself is free of charge, a course certificate is possible)

3. Research and article writing mentorship, CV analysis: finding personal gaps and guidance on filling them in (group peer activity)

4. Virtual journal club
